Look no further than using Mylar. The best Stencil Material to use. Very strong and various thickness and laser safe.

We start from 125 micron our thinnest material that can be cut with craft knife, plotters and laser machines.

Our most popular grade is 190 micron that produces a very tough stencil that most plotters can cut.

250 & 350 micron are extremely tough & strong that are mainly used for industrial stencils but still excellent for home decor. We only recommend a laser cutter for this robust material
